Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

- Receive Authorisation: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return authorisation.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping Damages: If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
Days should be 7 for returning period and refund amount will be initiated within 5-7 working days
Processing Refunds:
